Effective from the date of service booking with Heal Your Paws
1. Introduction & Parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Heal Your Paws (hereinafter "Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or entity booking our services (hereinafter "Client," "you," or "your").

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi for any disputes arising from these Terms.
2. Services Offered
Heal Your Paws offers the following services (collectively, "Services"):
- Dog Boarding: Cage-free, supervised boarding with indoor and outdoor play areas, socialization opportunities, and 24/7 live camera access.
- Dog Grooming: Professional bathing, hair cutting, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and breed-specific styling.
- Dog Spa: Specialized treatments including aromatherapy baths, pawdicures, coat conditioning, and blueberry facials.
- Dog Swimming Pool: Supervised swimming sessions in our dedicated dog pool facility.
- Pet Taxi: Pick-up and drop-off services within the designated service area (Sainik Farm, Chattarpur, Mehrauli, Saket, Greater Kailash, Chittaranjan Park, Vasant Kunj, and wider South Delhi).
The exact scope, duration, and pricing of services shall be confirmed in writing or via WhatsApp communication before the service date.
3. Booking & Confirmation
By booking services with Heal Your Paws, you agree to these Terms. Bookings are confirmed when:
- You provide pet details (name, breed, age, size, health conditions, dietary requirements, behavioral notes)
- You communicate your preferred service dates and times
- You receive written or WhatsApp confirmation from us accepting your booking
- Payment terms are agreed upon and confirmed
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion, particularly if:
- Your pet exhibits aggressive behavior that poses a safety risk to other animals or staff
- Your pet has contagious diseases or infectious conditions
- Your pet does not meet our health and vaccination requirements (see Section 5)
- We lack capacity or appropriate facilities for your pet's specific needs
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client
- More than 7 days before service date: Full refund of booking amount (minus any applicable processing charges, if applicable)
- 3-7 days before service date: 50% refund of booking amount
- Less than 72 hours before service date: No refund; full amount forfeited
- After service has commenced: No refund; full amount due
Cancellation by Heal Your Paws
We will provide a full refund if we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (see Section 10 - Force Majeure). In such cases, we will provide at least 48 hours' notice where reasonably possible, and either offer an alternative service date or issue a full refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of cancellation. No interest shall be paid on refunds.
5. Health & Vaccination Requirements
To ensure the safety and well-being of all animals in our care, all pets boarding with us must meet the following health requirements:
Mandatory Vaccinations & Health Certificates
- Rabies Vaccination: Must be current and valid; proof of vaccination required via certificate from a licensed veterinarian.
- DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza): Must be current within the last 12 months.
- Health Certificate: A veterinary health certificate dated within 30 days of boarding, confirming the pet is in good health and free from contagious diseases.
- Deworming & Flea Treatment: All pets must be dewormed and treated for external parasites within the last 30 days. Proof required.
Health Conditions & Disclosure
You must disclose:
- Any chronic health conditions (diabetes, heart disease, allergies, etc.)
- Current medications and administration instructions
- Recent injuries, surgeries, or medical treatments
- Food allergies or dietary restrictions
- Behavioral issues (anxiety, aggression, phobias)
- Previous incidents at other boarding facilities
Failure to disclose known health or behavioral issues may result in service denial, and you assume all liability for undisclosed conditions.
6. Pet Health & Liability
Your Responsibility
You warrant that:
- Your pet is healthy and fit to participate in the services booked
- Your pet's vaccinations are current and valid
- All health and behavioral information provided is accurate and complete
- You have obtained necessary veterinary clearance for your pet to use the swimming pool (if applicable)
Our Care Standards
We provide professional, supervised care using best practices for animal safety and well-being. However, like all boarding and grooming facilities, we cannot guarantee injury-free outcomes. Pets may sustain minor injuries (scratches, minor cuts, muscle strains) during normal play, social interaction, grooming, or swimming activities.
Illness During Service
If your pet becomes ill or shows signs of distress during boarding:
- We will immediately notify you and attempt to contact your emergency contact
- We will provide first-aid care as appropriate
- We may take your pet to a veterinary clinic (at our discretion) if medical care is urgently needed
- You agree to reimburse all veterinary treatment costs incurred on your pet's behalf
- In emergencies, we will make decisions in the best interest of your pet's health
Limitation of Liability
Heal Your Paws shall not be liable for:
- Minor injuries (scratches, small cuts, muscle strains) that occur during normal play or activities
- Behavioral issues that emerge during boarding (increased anxiety, stress-related shedding, minor behavioral changes)
- Loss or damage to personal items (collars, toys, medications) left with your pet
- Indirect or consequential damages (emotional distress, lost wages, etc.)
In no event shall Heal Your Paws' total liability exceed the total amount paid for services in the relevant booking.
Assumption of Risk
By booking our services, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with pet boarding, grooming, and swimming. You agree to assume these risks and release Heal Your Paws, its owners, staff, and agents from any claims arising from injury, loss, or illness that occurs during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
7. Payment Terms & Pricing
Currency & Payment
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank Transfer / NEFT
- Debit Card / Credit Card (via payment gateway)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Cash (at facility)
- WhatsApp Pay (where available)
Pricing & Quotation
Prices are provided upon booking and are based on the services, duration, and pet requirements specified. Prices are valid for 30 days from quotation. Additional charges may apply for:
- Extended stay beyond agreed dates
- Special dietary requirements or meal supplementation
- Behavioral management or specialized attention
- Pet Taxi services beyond the standard service area
- Emergency veterinary services
Deposit & Balance
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The balance is due in full by the service date. Late payment may result in service cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Pickup Fees
If you fail to pick up your pet by the agreed-upon time, a daily boarding fee will be charged for each additional day or partial day of stay.
8. Prohibited Items & Activities
The following items must not be brought into our facility or given to your pet while in our care:
- Chocolate, grapes, raisins, onions, garlic, avocado, or other toxic foods
- Medications not prescribed for your pet by a veterinarian
- Alcohol or intoxicating substances
- Sharp or dangerous toys/objects (broken toys, toys with small parts that could be swallowed)
- Items of significant monetary or sentimental value
- Hazardous materials or cleaning products
We do not permit:
- Unauthorized modification of your pet's appearance (hair coloring, etc.)
- Participation in activities for which your pet lacks medical clearance
- Photography or recording of other guests' pets without consent
9. Property & Personal Items
You are responsible for all personal items (collars, leashes, toys, carriers, medications) left with your pet. While we take reasonable care to prevent loss or damage, Heal Your Paws is not responsible for:
- Loss or theft of personal items
- Damage to items during normal handling or play
- Damage to pet carriers or equipment
- Degradation of items due to moisture, mud, or wear
We recommend leaving only essential items (medications, service animals' equipment) and leaving valuable items at home. Any permanently left items will be discarded after 30 days.
10. Force Majeure
Heal Your Paws shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, extreme weather)
- Government actions, lockdowns, curfews, or regulatory restrictions
- Disease outbreaks affecting animals or humans (pandemic, epidemic)
- Wars, terrorism, civil unrest, or public emergency
- Infrastructure failure (power outages, water supply disruption)
- Unforeseen facility damage or closure
In such events, we will:
- Make reasonable efforts to notify you within 24 hours
- Offer alternative service dates at no additional cost (if possible)
- Issue a full refund if services cannot be rescheduled
- Continue to care for pets in our facility (if safely possible) until collection
11. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including:
- The Indian Contract Act, 1872
- The Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960
- Any other applicable laws of India
Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or services provided:
- Informal Resolution: You and Heal Your Paws agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication within 15 days of the dispute arising.
- Consumer Complaint (if applicable): If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you may file a complaint with the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.
- Legal Action: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through the Courts of Delhi, India.
Jurisdiction
You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Delhi, India for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
Heal Your Paws reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms regularly.
Significant changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated to you via email or WhatsApp before the service date.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with any service agreement or booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Heal Your Paws regarding the provision of services. No oral statements, promises, or representations shall modify or supersede these Terms unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Heal Your Paws.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Acknowledgment
By booking services with Heal Your Paws, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms of Service in their entirety
- You agree to be bound by these Terms
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- All information provided about your pet is accurate and complete
- You assume all risks associated with the services provided
- You consent to our care practices and facility standards
